Going Well
I've been doing the Paleo diet for 4 days now and it's not as hard as I thought it'd be. I was bummed to miss out on my favorite Mexican dish when we went out the other night, but I know in the long run this is better for me. I read in Woman's World magazine today about a supplement called resveratrol that has been proven to significantly lower weight. It sounds like a quick fix and too good to be true, but I'm giving it a try. It's advertised in the store as a heart health supplement, so even if it doesn't help me lose weight it'll still benefit me. I've got a 2 month supply, so I'll take all of those and decide if I want to buy more. I really hope it melts off weight like the article claims, but I'm not counting on it. I'll let you know as soon as I see results (assuming I do). I really need to get a new battery for my scale tho...that way I can measure the pounds I lose. I probably should've taken a starting weight, but the lack of a working scale prevented it. I know what I weighed the last time I went to the doctor about 2 months ago, so I'll use that as my starting weight.
