I'm trying
Okay, today I tried to get through a workout that I've done before. I'm out of shape enough that after 10 min my body was crying for me to stop, so I did. The fact that I actually got off my ass and did any sort of workout is an accomplishment for me. I know the T-Tapp workout does work because I've seen the results on my body, so I need to remember what that looks like & stick with it long enough to see results. The picture above is my desktop background for my laptop & one of the most important things for me to keep in mind while I'm on my journey.

Last year wasn't a success, but this year has promise
Well, I didn't meet my goal in 2012, but 2013 has just begun. I'm hoping baby steps will help make changes. I tried a really good paleo chocolate waffle recipe this morning for breakfast. I think I'm going to make a large batch to eat for breakfast during the week. When recipes go well it's nice having experimented...but when they don't I don't have anyone else to possibly eat it. I have an egg recipe that I tried but because of the texture I can't bring myself to eat it. Maybe my mom will like it. Last time I talked to her she was eating paleo as well. Here's hoping one small change at a time can change my life.
