9th day is done
It took a lot of effort to do today's workout. It's 96 here so the idea of raising my body temperature with a workout did not appeal. Also, instead of going quickly like yesterday, the 15 minutes today seemed to drag on forever. I was thinking earlier and I believe that once day 15 hits I will have exercised the most consistently since I was an athlete in college. I'm still glad that I'm keeping consistent and being held accountable.

Day 8
So, today I almost didn't get my workout in. I'm caring for a friend of mine who has cancer & needs round the clock care. I was planning on getting the workout in while she was napping, but she didn't nap today. Instead we watched movies almost all day. We ended up watching 4 movies today and I ran a few errands before we took a break and I worked out. I will say, I hadn't really realized how much support shoes provide until I did the workout without shoes. I couldn't wear shoes in her condo, which is why I did everything barefoot. The 15 minutes went by really quickly as I did them, and it's nice knowing that I can squeeze it in at the last minute.

Day 7
So, yesterday I did my workout before work as usual...but then I did it again on my lunch break at work. The doctor I was working with happened to have her copy of the DVD with her & had forgotten to start the workouts, so we did it together on my lunch. Because I did the workout twice yesterday it was really tempting to skip today & count yesterday's second as today's, but I was good and got up and did it. I've found that I'm actually enjoying working out every day. It's not always easy getting up and I'm still not sleeping as well as I'd like, but I'm starting to see more definition in my body so I'm gonna keep with it.
