So, I skipped yesterday's workout...it's finals week for me and I found out yesterday that my 100 question final (which was today) was fill in the blank instead of multiple choice. As I'm sure you've guessed I wasn't prepared adequately for that, so I spent all afternoon and evening studying. I didn't take a break until 11pm when I drove from my study group with a friend home. I didn't want to be awake all night because I had worked out, so I skipped the workout in favor of sleep. (It helped, but I was still so stressed that I heavily broke out today).
I was scheduled to take tomorrow off for workouts, so I am doing yesterday's skipped workout tomorrow instead. I figure this'll keep me on track. I have another final tomorrow, but I feel prepared for it so I was able to do my workout. I did the full BWO+ and 1 core move (I counted my hoe downs as my second). I'm still sore, but I'm definitely drinking more water and feeling better overall. I have two goals for this weekend 1) clean out my fridge & 2) make at least one recipe from the cookbook emailed to me through the program.
Okay, that's all I've got to say for tonight. :)
