I was able to get my butt out of bed at 5:30 this morning and do my T-tapp workout. I did the entire thing even though I wanted to quit multiple times. I didn't realize how intense the workout would be until I was already in it. I'm exhausted and have been all day. Hopefully my body will adjust quickly and I won't feel like I'm going to fall asleep standing all the time. Well, I'm off to get ready for bed and read for a bit.
