Day 2 is done

Got through my second morning of waking up at 5:30 and working out. The jeans I bought about 2 weeks ago are already starting to get loose, and they were hard to get buttoned when I bought them originally. That's the great part of working out, going through the day so exhausted that I want to fall asleep standing. I just keep telling myself my body will adjust and I won't be so exhausted in a week or two.

  1. Keep an eye on your fatigue. It should get better! If not, it could be an imbalance in your body. I worked out daily one summer a few years back, and instead of being energized, I could barely get through my workouts and was tired all day long. I went to a Naturopath and she wanted me to get a hormone test done. I never did it. Well, it happened again after having Jarvis. It was beyond "new mom tired". I went and she suggested the test again, so I did it. Sure enough I was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue in December. My body completely burnt out of cortisol. In a healthy body your cortisol should be high in the morning and decrease throughout the day. Mine started of at almost nothing and remained that way all day long. Just something to watch out for... because being exhausted all day after working out is NOT normal.
