Days 2 & 3

I forgot to hit publish yesterday, so I'm including yesterday's blog & today's:
Day 2:
I woke up this morning pretty sore, especially my inner thighs & shoulders, but I expected that. I admit, I dreaded the workout, but once I was done I felt such a sense of accomplishment. I know I've gotta hold onto that feeling when I start getting down on myself. Right now my workouts are making me tired instead of energized, but I'm hoping that will change soon. I'm going to be getting up early so I can workout before work and it'll be difficult to work being more wiped out than normal when I start the day.

Day 3:
I got up this morning without a problem because I had a LOT of trouble sleeping. I think I got 4-5 hours of sleep & I should've gotten at least 7. It took me more than an hour to fall asleep and I woke up more times than I kept track of. Oh well, at least I did my workout again today. I'm definitely sore but that's to be expected. I finally remembered to weigh myself today and my weight is up 0.7lb (208.1 up to 208.8), but I'm not surprised because I'm building muscle. My body fat % has gone way down tho (44.7% down to 43.2%). I think my goal is going to be to go to bed at 9 tonight so I can get a little more sleep. Okay, gotta get ready for the day.
