Day 6
My 6th day of working out has been completed. This morning it was hard to do the move that is my least favorite. It's called the T-Tapp twist & for some reason I hate it. The entire workout up until that move I was debating with myself if I should do it, but I convinced myself that doing it when I don't want to will just encourage my progress and show myself that even when things get tough & I don't want to do something I will push through it. When I got done I was proud & glad I muddled through. I didn't let my technique slip and half ass the move either. I know we all have those days, so we all have to tell ourselves to push through and think of how good it will feel when we've finished.
