Day 7
So, yesterday I did my workout before work as usual...but then I did it again on my lunch break at work. The doctor I was working with happened to have her copy of the DVD with her & had forgotten to start the workouts, so we did it together on my lunch. Because I did the workout twice yesterday it was really tempting to skip today & count yesterday's second as today's, but I was good and got up and did it. I've found that I'm actually enjoying working out every day. It's not always easy getting up and I'm still not sleeping as well as I'd like, but I'm starting to see more definition in my body so I'm gonna keep with it.

Keep it up! Don't slack off on this beautiful weekend! To sleep better try shutting off all electronics/TV around 8/9. Take a relaxing bath or some stretching. Read... but not the latest fiction book that you can't put down, instead opt for a non-fiction book. Something that you are interested in or something that will motivate you during this journey! For months, I was only getting about 4 hours of sleep a night. So I totally feel you on this. Once I changed these things and my eating, I slept so much better. I believe the hormone diet book as a whole chapter on sleep, and how it could be some of your hormones out of balance.
