Count down to the 60 day challenge
I did another workout today (did one Friday too, but I didn't post about it), and I realized that I only have Tuesday's workout to complete before I start the 60 day challenge with the same coworker who I did the 30 day challenge with on Thursday. I'm going to have to time it out & figure out what time I need to get up on Thursday so I get maximum sleep but don't accidentally run late to work. I'm going to work soon, so I will get Wednesday off and I can spend time Wednesday measuring my body, taking before pictures, and figuring out what time I need to get up Thursday. The other thing I'm going to make myself do as part of the 60 day program is called CRT skin brushing. It's another piece of this program, but it's not required. The skin brushing helps break up cellulite pockets & tighten skin as I lose weight. At the end of these 60 days I'm planning on posting before & after pictures to share the changes I've made with those who read this. I still haven't figured out what my reward for the end of the 60 days is going to be, but I have a little time to figure that out.
