Day 19

Well, for a third night I didn't sleep really well...but I'm not quite as exhausted today because I get to leave for work 2 hours later (of course I stayed in bed those extra 2 hours despite not sleeping past about 30 min after my alarm normally goes off). So I got up at 8am instead of 6am to do my workout. While I was working out I realized one thing, I'm no longer dreading working out in the morning and I'm almost to the point where I look forward to it. A friend posted on my facebook a few days ago that it takes 30 days to make a habit and I'm thinking he's right. The thing I'm enjoying most about this journey is that I'm sharing it with everyone who reads this blog & my coworkers. Doing this with support has really made a difference and I'm loving that.
