Day 17

I slept like absolute crap last night and it was INCREDIBLY tempting to just skip today's workout for the extra 30 minutes of sleep. Well, when my alarm went off I quickly turned it off and crawled out of bed to get started with my morning routine...which includes my workout. It's done, so I don't have to dread it all day at work and I don't have to worry about remembering to do it when I get home. I'm definitely going to go to bed early tonight and try to get some of the sleep that I didn't get last night. Not sure what kept me up last night, but hopefully it doesn't affect me tonight. On the plus side, when I weighed myself this morning I'm down a pound from yesterday, and yesterday was down 0.4 pounds from Saturday.
