Day 16

I finally remembered to take my measurements today before my workout. I forgot to do it before starting the workout regimen, but I'm down 4" from when I last measured in April. Two of those inches are from my waist. I feel like I was bigger when I started this program then when I last measured in April, so maybe there is more than 4" in loss. I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of difference the next two weeks make on my body. The other thing I'm proud of is despite the raging headache I woke up with, I still managed to get the full workout in.

  1. That is awesome! So glad that you are going by measurement and not solely basing it on weight alone. I am enjoying reading your blog each day. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to see what new challenge you issue yourself when your 30 days are up!
