I think I've hit a plateau. I don't feel like I'm making any more progress right now, but I also know that happens with any workout regimen. I took some time today to start planning my next challenge. It will begin August 1 and go for 60 days. I won't be working out every day, but the first 21 days will be every day. After that I'll be going every other day. I'm determined to be in a bikini next summer and hopefully down to a size 8 or 10 by this time next year.
